Projects Overview
The Counselling Line for Women and Girls (CLWG) has been a crucial service in Albania since 2016, serving as the singular National Hotline for victims of Gender-Based Violence and Domestic Violence. It was a great privilege for us to collaborate with CLWG to develop a system that would help them manage cases of abused women in a more efficient and flexible manner. The goal was to provide CLWG with a tool that would streamline the process of reporting and managing such sensitive cases, which is of paramount importance.
The system was built using Laravel, with a strong emphasis on data security. Given the highly sensitive nature of the cases handled by CLWG, it was essential to ensure that the system provided robust security measures to protect the information and ensure the safety of the individuals involved.
We worked closely with CLWG to ensure the system met their needs and provided a user-friendly, secure platform for case management.
Since the system’s launch, it has been instrumental in improving the reporting and management of cases of gender-based and domestic violence in Albania. We are incredibly proud of the contribution we’ve made to this important cause and pleased to know that our work is helping CLWG in their vital mission.
Additionally, we continue to provide ongoing technical maintenance for the system to ensure that it remains fully operational and secure. We also support and maintain several other websites that CLWG manages, ensuring their digital presence remains functional and effective in serving the community.
This collaboration has been a meaningful and impactful project, and we are proud to support CLWG in their critical work to assist women and girls who are victims of violence.
